Introduction

Ingredients

235gm Stinky tofu (or regular stuff if you are smell sensitive
Canola oil (1 tbsp) (figured in the final product)
1 tbsp Hot sauce
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
Directions
1) Heat the oil; put 1" chunks of tofu in and fry until golden (can also bake until golden at 400F).
2) Remove and blot to remove oil
3) Season with hot sauce and BBQ sauce as desired.
NOTE: I haven't baked this yet, mostly because it would smell up the whole house, but you can save the 125 calories from the oil by baking making it a pretty decent snack at 250 calories.
CAUTION: Tofu is about 50% fat, so if you are focused on fat calories, you might not like this.

I think the number of calories recorded up there is too high... it should be around 200+ only.
I add this to my tofu meal, nice combi with carrot and green beans

1/2c or 126gm is 88 calories so you are right, it should be about 176-200 calories, but that is for the TOFU. Then add the sauces, and the 125 calories for the oil and you are at 400 calories. I split it for 2 servings.
