Ingredients

    16 oz. sirloin, cut into thin strips
    Medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 cup cooked wheat berries
    1 16 oz. bag frozen stir-fry veggie blend
    1 tbsp. corn starch
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. molasses
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Stir fry beef, onion, garlic and wheat berries in oil until beef is browned. Add frozen veggies and continue to stir fry on high heat. Add corn starch dissolved in 1 cup cold water, soy sauce, molasses & pepper. Stir until thickened. Serve over white rice.
