Ingredients

4 slices of your favorite sugar free lunch meat
1 slice of deli style cheese
1oz cream cheese
yellow or brown mustard (optional)
2 leafs of lettuce
1 dill pickle spear
fold the cheese slice in quarters
cut the pickle into quarters or if small, use 2 and cut in half
half each of your lettuce leafs
lay out the lettuce, add mustard at one end of the lettuce leaf, top with 1 piece of meat each, then piece of cheese, spread on cream cheese, top with pickle and roll it up
