Ingredients

Old Fashioned Oats, 12 cup
Sesame Seeds 2 cup then grind in blender,
**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 32 tbsp or 2 C.
Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 2 cup, hulled raw
Coconut Oil, 1.5 cup
Butter, salted, 1 cup
Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Honey, raw 1.5 cup
Cinnamon, ground, 4 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Coconut, unsweetened dried , 2 cup, shredded
Raisins, 2 cup, packed
Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Mix oats,grains and seeds( except flax) with the melted butter and oil, yogurt, and water in a large bowl. cover with a cloth and a plate and allow to sit at cool room temperature for 12 hours to 24 hours. your preferance. The longer the better the soak. After the soaking time, preheat oven to 200 degrees or prepare dehydrator. Place honey, cinnamon and vanilla in a glass measuring cup in a small pot of warm water on the stove. Bring water to a gentle simmer, stirring honey mixture, until honey becomes thin. Grind flax and add to soaks grains along with coconut, salt
Combine honey and oat mixtures, mixing to incorporate. Spread mixture out over two parchment paper lined cookie sheets and bake for 2-4 hours, until granola is dry and crisp. Or dehydrate for 10-24 hours( longer time makes it crisper)at 145 degrees. Mix in raisins, Store in a airtight container. Serve with chilled raw milk. recipe found on web.
