Ingredients

    2 peeled mini seedless cucumbers
    10 grape tomatoes
    2 mini yellow peppers
    1/2 medium zucchini
    1 small rib celery
    1/2 cup parsley
    2 T Newman's lighten up balsamic vinegar
    2 oz reduced fat feta cheese

Directions

slice or chop all vegetables. Chop parsley. Mix all vegetables together in a large bowl add salad dressing and feta cheese. Toss until combined.
