Ingredients

1 can Campbell's Cheddar Soup,
1 can Cream of Onion Soup
1 can Kaskey's Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
1 can Cannellini Beans
2 10 oz cans Canned Chicken Breast in Water
4 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
4 Tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Butter
4 Tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat
1/3 cup water
Directions
Pre- heat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain and rinse cannellini beans.
Puree beans and 1/3 cup water.
In a large mixing bowl combine beans, onion soup, cheddar soup, chicken, and sour cream.
Blend well with a fork breaking chunks of chicken apart.
Spread chicken mixture over bottom of glass dish.
Spread 4 cups of stuffing over chicken mixture.
In a microwave safe bowl, put 1/2 can of broth and 4 Tbsp butter.
Microwave for 20-30 seconds until butter is liquified.
Stir butter and broth and spoon over stuffing.
Pour remaining broth over stuffing
Bake in oven uncovered for 20-25 minutes on 350 degrees or until lightly browned on top
Serve hot with your favorite vegetables.
