Ingredients

    1 can black-eyed peas, drained
    1 can plain artichokes, drained
    1 medium white onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp Parmesean cheese
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing
    4 oz. mozzarella cheese, part-skim

Directions

Mix first six ingredients together. Pour into a sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 miutes at 350 degrees. Serve with BAKED Tostitos. Serves 6.
