Introduction

Ingredients

Onion (1150gr)
Garlic (1/2 cup)
Chicken Breast (2lb 12 oz)
Chicken Broth (4 cups)
Dijon Mustard (6 Tbsp)
Directions
makes 19 serving that are 4 oz each.
Chop up the onion and and saute till clear and a bit browned. Add Garlic when onions are clear.
Chop up chicken into small pieces and add them to the onions. Cook till browned. (I often remove the onions once cooked and then cook chicken on its own) Once chicken is browned a bit add the onion back. Add the Chicken broth and let it cook when reduced by half add dijon. Keep cooking till almost a sauce and not as watery.
Serve with side of veggies or salad.
