Ingredients

3 med. apples, sliced
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 tbs butter
6 boneless chicken breast (5oz)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 cup shredded reduced fat swiss cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup seasoned minced fresh thyme
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
Directions
1. In a large skillet, saute apples and onions in butter for 10 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a 13X9 in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with chicken, sprinkled with salt and pepper.
2. Combine the cheses, bread crumbs and thyme, sprinkle over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Or until meat thermometer reaches 170.

where does the apple juice come in? No breadcrumbs are listed in the ingredients. - 2/17/09

You're right. Sorry!! My grandkids wanted to help post it. 1/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs. and pour the apple juice over it all.
