Ingredients

    1 package (12 oz) noodles, cooked & drained
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained or about 4 fresh mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/3 c milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 c crushed saltines
    3 tbsp butter
    pinch of paprika
    fresh thyme or a sprinkling of dried thyme

Directions

In a large bowl, combine noodles, tuna, & mushrooms. Combine soup, milk, salt & pepper; pour over noodle mixture and mix well. Pour into greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Combine saltines & butter; sprinkle over noodles. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45 mins. Sprinkle with paprika and thyme.
