Ingredients

    2 links Italian Sausage (pork or turkey)
    1 cup diced potatoes (1/2 inch dice)
    3 cups chopped kale
    1/8 cup diced onion
    2 bay leaves
    2 chicken bullion cubes
    6 cups water

Directions

Remove sausage from casings, crumble and brown in a soup pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium low heat for 30 minutes. Add crushed red pepper to taste. Serves 6
