Ingredients

    1 1/3 lb 90% lean ground beef
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 onion chopped
    3 carrots chopped
    4 stalks celery chopped
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    2 tbs butter
    2 tbs flour
    2 cups beef broth
    1 tbs worchestershire sauce
    10 oz frozen peas

Directions

brown beef in olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions, carrots, celery and olive oil. Cook until tender crisp. Add bay leaf and simmer while making sauce. In a small saucepan melt butter. Add flour and stir cooking for 2 minutes, add beef broth and worchestershire sauce, bring to a boil stirring for until thickened. Pour sauce over meat mixture and add peas, stir until heated through. Serve over noodles.
