Ingredients

    6 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (skin on)
    1 Cup (nonfat) milk
    4 tbsp Smart Balance buttery spread
    3 tbsp salt
    2 tbsp pepper

Directions

Serves 6

Wash and cut potatoes and steam until fork-soft.

Place steamed potatoes into a large bowl and add butter spread, salt, pepper, and milk.

Mash with potatoe masher or mix with mixer.
