Ingredients

    2 cups wheat penne pasta
    1 lb extra lean gound beef
    1 10oz Campbell's Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom Soup
    .25 cup fat free milk
    1 cup fat free cheddar cheese
    .5 cup chopped onion
    .5 cup chopped yellow pepper
    .5 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 plum tomato-chopped
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 tsp basil

Directions

Preheat overn to 350 degrees

Cook pasta in boiling water.

In skillet, fry ground beef, drain and add onions, yellow pepper, mushrooms, garlic and cook till vegetables are soft.

Add soup and the .25 cup of fat free milk, warm but do not boil. Add tomato, cheese, pasta, basil, salt and pepper to taste.

Put in casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Serve with a cucumber and tomato salad.
