Ingredients

    2 boiled eggs
    2 tbsp roasted red pepper hummus
    1 Prophet's Pocket Bread half (pita half)
    Handful fresh baby spinach leaves

Directions

Mash eggs together with hummus in small dish.
Stuff spinach into pita, then spoon egg salad in.
