Ingredients

    3 Kraft Pepperjack Cheese slices (2% low fat)
    1/2 cup Frozen Spinach
    4 Tbsp fat free mayo
    1 can Artichoke Hearts
    4 Tbsp Light Sour Cream
    3 Tsp Parmesian Cheese (light low fat)

Directions

Drain artichoke hearts and chop up fine (food processors works great.)
Heat frozen spinach in microwave for 3 min. remove and squeeze all of the water out.
Add all the ingredients except the cheese in a bowl and mix well.
Put ingredients in a tin bundt cake pan, break up cheese slices and lay them on top.
Bake in 350` oven for thirty minutes.
