1/2 tsp Salt
1 large egg (lightly beaten)
1/3 c canola oil
1 c buttermilk
Directions
Preheat oven @ 450 degrees. Spray pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients. Pour in pan, Cook for 20 minutes or until browned. 12 servings.
