Introduction

One of my favorite lunches: Low in fat, high in protein & fiber. One of my favorite lunches: Low in fat, high in protein & fiber.

Ingredients

    1- 5oz. can Bumblebee Chunk Light Tuna in water, drained
    2 stalks of celery, coarsely chopped
    1/2 medium tomato, chopped
    1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayo
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
    3 tsp. Melinda's Original Habanero Pepper Sauce (this is my favorite but any hot sauce will do)
    1 dash Freshly ground pepper
    4 leafs Romaine Lettuce
    2 Thomas' 100% Whole What Mini Bagels



Directions

1. Chop celery, tomato & onion. Place in shallow bowl.
2. Add Tuna, Mayo, Mrs. Dash, Hot Sauce and Pepper. Combine all the ingredients.
3. Place lettuce on each bagel and add tuna spread.


If you're watching carbs, you can omit the bagels and eat the Spicy Tuna as a salad if you'd like :) Just add more Romaine lettuce.
