Ingredients

    2 eggs beaten
    2 cups splenda
    1 1/2 unsweetened apple sauce
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 C Flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 C Apples Chopped

Directions

Preheat Oven to 375 defrees. Beat Eggs and add splenda, Applesauce, and vanilla. Stir. In another bowl add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir flour mixture add to egg mixture. stir again. Add apples. Stir batter will be gooey. Place in 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 35 - 40 minitues or until lighly brown.

    This is a delicious, guilt-free dessert. It is great for those days when you want a little something sweet without blowing all your hard work. The portions are a good size for the calorie count! I will definetly be making it again! - 4/1/09
