Big hit at Pot-lucks! Smoked Gouda really adds a delicious flavor. Replace 2 eggs with 1/2 cup of egg beaters if you want to lower the calories per serving. Ingredients

1 deep dish frozen pie shell
1.5 cups shredded smoked Gouda
1 med tomato sliced
8-10 small green olives sliced
4 large eggs
.75 cup skim milk
.75 cup heavy cream
3 Tbl. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-bake crust according to directions. Cool Pre-heat over to 375 degrees.
Place shell on a cookie sheet for easy transport into oven.
Add shredded smoked Gouda to bottom of baked shell. Place sliced tomatoes and olives on top of cheese.
Lightly beat eggs, milk and flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into shell.
Top with sliced onions.
Bake at 375 for 40-45 mins.
Cool for 10-15 mins. Slice into 8 servings.
