Ingredients

3/4 cup of flour
1/3 brown sugar
1 1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup butter
1 large egg
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cup blueberry
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions
In a pot, cook the blueberry and the sugar at low temperature.
Mix cornstarch and water and add it to the blueberry mix.
Higer the temperature and stir it for about 7 minutes, until the mixture ticken.Cool to room temperature.
Mix well together the egg and sour cream. Add this to the blueberry mix. Put aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, oatmeal and baking powder.
Add the butter and cut it into the flour with two knifes until the butter is all blend.
Press half of the dry mix into n 8 inch square mold.
Add the blueberry mix and add the rest of the dry mix.
Cook in the oven at 350 degres for about 30 minutes. Higher the temperature to ''grill'' and let it cook until it is golden color.
Cool it before serving.
