1 can pasta sauce
10 whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 bag of frozen spinich thawed
1 cup partly skimmed mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 385, cook whole wheat noodles according to package.Brown ground beef then mix with 1/2 can pasta sauce. place small amount of sauce on bottom of baking pan.
place single noodle flat and spread one table spoon of ricotta cheese, place even layer of spinach on noodle, Place even layer of sauce mix on top of spinach and roll pasta up into a roll, place seam line down on top of sauce in pan. repeat process with each noodle. put remaining sauce over nooddles. top with mozzarella cheese. bake in over for 35 min or until cheese on top is brown.1 roll = 1 serving
