    3 cups rolled oats
    1/1/2 cups wheat germ
    1 cup wheat bran (also known as Miller's Bran)
    1/4 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tbsps. honey
    3 tbsps. water
    1/2 raisins

    Preheat the oven to 225degress F. Combine the oats,wheat germ,bran,walnuts and cinnamon in a large bowl.
    In a small bowl,combine the honey and water.Pour over the mixture and stir well. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
    Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes,until the granola is golden brown,stirring every 15 minutes.Allow to cool on the baking sheet, then stir in the raisins.
    Place in a covered airtight jar and store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
