Add egg whites, mashed bananas and honey
Mix well, slowly add the skim milk
Once mixed thoroughly pour or spoon into greased or parchment paper lined 9 x 9" cake pan
Smooth with knife
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or when cake tester comes out clean.
Cool and cut into 8 bars.
Wrap individually and store in ziplock bag in fridge for up to 7 days.

    Good
I found them to be a little dry and not chocolately enough but other than that, I liked them. And, they were definitely a good snack for between meals. - 10/26/13

I was feeling lazy so whipped the whole recipe up in my food processor, to which I received the response, "You're done baking already? Wow, fast." These are fast and delicious! I sprinkled coconut flakes over the dough which was a nice addition. My apartment smells great now, thanks! - 1/10/10
