Introduction
Who needs all the food additives of store bought protein bars. Cut into 8 bars and wrap individually. Store in ziplock bag in the fridge.Good snack for road trip or after workout. Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
30 gr chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp almond butter or smooth PB
3 egg whites
2 medium bananas
1 tbsp honey
100 ml skim milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Makes 8 bars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
I use food processor with blade. It turns the oats into flour.
Mix the oats, whey protein and cinnamon
Add the almond butter, mix well.
Add egg whites, mashed bananas and honey
Mix well, slowly add the skim milk
Once mixed thoroughly pour or spoon into greased or parchment paper lined 9 x 9" cake pan
Smooth with knife
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or when cake tester comes out clean.
Cool and cut into 8 bars.
Wrap individually and store in ziplock bag in fridge for up to 7 days.
