Ingredients

    8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1.75 # lean ground beef
    2 cans Fire-roasted can, diced tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
    2 pkts taco seasoning, mild


Directions

Boil and drain macaroni. In large skillet, brown ground beef, drain. Add pasta, tomatoes, corn and taco seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes. Makes 8 one cup portions.
