Introduction
This is my quick version of a regular raw fish ceviche. I love it! This is my quick version of a regular raw fish ceviche. I love it!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

2 cans Tuna canned in water
1 JalapeƱo pepper, minched
1 medium Tomato, chopped
1 c. Onions chopped
2 medium cucumber, chopped
8 Limes,
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 cup Tomato Juice ( I like clamato)
1 Avocado, chopped without skin of course.
Directions
1.Drain Tuna and add to medium bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingrediets, including the juice of 8 limes.
3. Add salt to taste
4. You can add chopped cilantro to top it off.
Serve it with tostadas, saltine crackers, or by itself.
I like to chill it a bit in the fridge before eating. It tastes better like this in my opinion.
