Ingredients

    1/3 cup fat free skim milk
    1/3 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1/4 cup frozen strawberries
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1/4 cup frozen peaches
    1/4 cup frozen pineapples

Directions

Put the milk and yogurt in a blender. Add each ingredient one at a time. Blend it in the blender after you add each ingredient.
