Ingredients

    6 apples, cored and sliced
    2 TBSP Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    2 TBSP Whey Low Gold Brown Sugar Substitute
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    4 TBSP water

Directions

Core and slice the apples and place them in a bowl.
Melt the smart balance in microwave. Add sugar substitute, cinnamon, and water. Pour over apples.
Add pecans and toss.
Bake at 375 for 60 minutes or until apples are tender.
Makes 6 2/3 cup servings.
