Ingredients

    red skinned potatoes (5/lb bag)
    1 lb green beans
    chopped onion
    garlic (A LOT)
    about 1/2 c (really) EVOO

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. In a separate pot, cook potatoes (chopped, skin on) and green beans. Add to olive oil mixture - cook until hot.

Walt says, "The more olive oil you use, the better it tastes!"

    Very Good
    I sprinkled on some bacon bits for smoky flavor. Feels like a good old fashioned appalachian dinner like my ma-maw used to make. :) - 3/3/09
