    1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
    2 cups vanilla Almond Breeze
    2.5 cups water
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup craisins

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Makes 4 servings (I think.)

    Found this to have a very nice flavor and texture. I liked the addition of the vanilla as I've never added that before to my oatmeal. This recipe will replace the one I had been using. - 10/20/14
