    3 tablespoons ketchup
    1 cup quick-cooking oats
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    2 tablespoons dried parsley
    1 tablespoon dried basil
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 pound ground beef
    1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup egg substitute (egg beaters)
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    Cooking spray
    4 tbs. ketchup for topping (opt.)


Mix all ingredients. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with pam. Bake at 375 for about an hour until the center reaches 160 degrees.
