Ingredients

1 tsp chicken base
1 cup boiling water
6 oz. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1/8 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sesame oil
1-2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp ground fresh ginger
1/2 onion, diced or sliced
1 1/2 cup finely sliced cabbage
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced/shredded carrot
4 oz. uncooked wheat spaghetti
dash of red pepper flakes
Directions
Makes 2 servings.
Cook pasta according to directions on box.
Disolve chix base into hot water. Pour 1/2 of water into large skillet, bring to a boil than add chicken and simmer till chicken is cooked. Remove chicken from pan.
In a small bowl combine wine, soy and cornstarch, stirring till smooth. Add to broth in pan. Add oil, than add garlic and ginger. Next add veggies and cook till tender crisp. Add chicken and cooked pasta tossing until heated through.
Add in cornstarch and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
