Introduction

We make this with Turkey Spam or canned ham and vary the veggies. It's quite easy and much healthier than the restaurants. We eat it with Success boil in the bag brown rice which cooks in your microwave in 10 minutes. 1 c cooked rice is 150 cal, 1 fat, 33 carbs, 2 fiber and 4 protein. Ingredients

    -1 1/2 c chopped onion
    -1 1/2 c chopped broccoli (I used fresh)
-3 oz julienned carrot (I used my baby carrots)
    -2 t minced garlic

-10.45 oz Turkey Spam (I had used some earlier for a sandwich for the kids, normally we would use the whole can)
-1 T Kikkoman , low sodium soy sauce

Directions

--Add the onion, carrots, broccoli and garlic to a large skillet over med. to high heat and stir often for about 3 minutes until veggies just start to get tender.

--Add the soy sauce and stir. Then add the meat and reduce the heat to low. Stir every couple minutes until heated throughout, about 5-7 minutes.

--Great with brown rice (not calculated in the nutrition).

--Makes 4 servings of 1 c each.

--Enjoy!
