Ingredients

    6 boneless pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1-2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 C mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped

Directions

1. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper
2. cook on grill on in a skillet until done
3. Heat olive oil in pan; saute mushrooms and onions until tender
4. spoon mushrooms over chops

    Used to do this all the time, except we used white wine instead of olive oil and threw in some broccoli and garlic. hahaha. Gonna try this tonight tho! And looking forward to it. Ty for the reminder. ;) - 9/21/09

    this was great! i just caution against too much salt on the pork chops, i made that mistake!. we even grilled the mushrooms in a grill pan and they turned out really yummy. - 8/14/09
