Ingredients

    2 cups of oats
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 brown sugar
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup applesauce
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup raisins

Directions

Combine all ingredients, place in 8x8 baking dish, bake at 350 for 30min. Cut into 20 squares

    Very Good
    This recipe baked perfectly. My husband and I both loved it. Next time I make it I'll probably double the cinnamon as hubby loves cinnamon. The only changes I made this time were: 1) omitted the raisins 2) added 1/2 cup diced walnuts 3) sprayed the baking dish with cooking spray. - 7/20/09
