Ingredients

    * top blade staek - 3steak, 570 gram
    * Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Black pepper and Salt

Directions

slice the onion into fine slices and marinate the steak with onion black pepper and salt.
Grille the steak without onion for about 10 min.
in a pan put the butter and onion on medium heat for 5 min .
Put the onion on the grilled steak and serve hot.
