Ingredients

3 C. apples, thinly slices
1 C peaches thinly slices
3/4 C whole grain flour
1/3 C butter (refrigerated)
2/3 C dried oats
3 Tbs - fine sugar
1/2 C chocolate chips
1/2 C white chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat over to 350.
Lightly grease an ovenproof dish with a little butter or margarine
Slice apples and peaches into thin slices (1/8th inc) and toss w/ syrup. Pour fruit into baking dish.
In a separate bowl add flour.
Cut butter into small cubes and add to flour. Rub flour and butter together until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Add oats, sugar and chips. Mix well with spoon.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit and level the top roughly. Do not press into fruit.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
