    2/3 cup sugar
    2 large bananas
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1 tbls canola oil
    1 tbls vanilla extract
    1 3/4 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt


bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bread is done when toothpick comes out clean
