Introduction

This is a revised version of a delicious sounding recipe using healthier food options. Any type of veggie can be added, I just used what my family would eat. Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb lean ground turkey
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 cups mushroom pieces
    1 cup Hunts-Meat pasta sauce
    1/2 cup shredded 2% milk mozzerella cheese
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup whole grain flour



Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown turkey with minced garlic. Drain fat. Add sauce to meat and simmer for a few minutes. Meanwhile, chop mushrooms (or any chosen veggies). Add meat mixture and veggies to a 13x9x2 baking pan, sprinkle with cheese.

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt & flour. Pour over meat and cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until flour mixture is set.

Makes about 8 servings
