Introduction

Crockpot Stroganoff with rice, sure fired filler for big family. This is good without the sour cream but you can add 1/2 cup of light sour cream in just before serving. Ingredients

    2lb Round steak - cut into strips
    10.75 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 c fresh mushrooms
    1 c chopped onion
    1/2c water
    Optional: 1/2 c light sour cream - not included in recipe
    3c brown rice - prepared separately

Directions

Cut steak into 1/2-1 inch thickness, onions, brown with mushrooms for 15 minutes.
Place water, mix and soup in crockpot.
Drain beef mixture and pour into crock.
Cook 6-8 low heat or 4-6 on high
Prepare brown rice separately
Serve sauce over rice
