    * Pillsbury Pizza Dough, 6 serving
    * *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .5 cup
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    * Eggplant, fresh, .5 cup, cubes
    * Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
    * *Fat Free Mozzarella, .75 cup (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
    * Cooked Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces


Cut onions, pepper, eggplant and mushrooms and broil them for 5 minutes on each side. Meanwhile press the pizza crust into a 9X13 pan sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. Cook it for 6 minutes at 400 degrees.
When vegetables are done put them into the pan with the crust, chicken and sauce. Cook for another 6 minutes. Top with cheeses and cook for another 6 minutes.
