Introduction

This uses the Designer Whey Protein Shake. I'm sure any Shake Powder will do. The Chocolate Designer Whey has 100 calories per scoop. It is split into 5 containers about 6 oz each. I use this after a run. This works for me, it's low in calories because I don't use milk. You can still taste the mix a bit, but it's better than the mix by itself. Ingredients

    20 Frozen Strawberries
    1 Scoop Designer Whey Chocolate Protein Mix
    1/2 Banana (Medium)
    1/2 c. Nonfat Plain Yogurt
    1 tbsp Honey

Directions

Blend all the ingredients together. I like to use some water and blend the strawberries with the whey first so the chunks are easier to get out.
