Ingredients

    6 tbs Stevia baking blend
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    6 oz vanilla non-fat, sugar free yogurt
    2/3 cup Water
    3/4 cup Blueberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Add yogurt, water & blueberries. Stir well. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Makes about 11 regular muffins, or 3x as many mini muffins.

    I have not made these cause the recipe is not complete. I would like to try to make these. How can you make them without flour? Why is there flour in the calorie breakdown but not in the recipe? Furthermore if its only 1/4 cup of white flour, how in the world could it be only 64 calories? - 2/28/13
