Introduction
6 slices of turkey, 2 slices of cheese and a good whole wheat bread become a Deli basic with the addition of the sauce. Ingredients

Durkee Famous Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
Deli Style Swiss Cheese - 2 slices
Deli Stye Honey Smoked Turkey - 6 slices
Sweet Pickle Relish - 1 Tablespoon
Whole Wheat Bread - 2 slices
(onions, tomatoes, etc. easily added to personal taste, are not included in numbers)
Directions
Lay bread slices open faces to build sandwich.
Spread the mustard/mayonnaise sauce thinly over both pieces of bread - leaving just a touch to put between the cheeses.
Fold turkey slices like ribbons, 3 on each slice of bread.
Place cheese slice on top of each piece of bread
Place pickle relish on one side of bread and the last of the sauce on the other side of the bread.
Carefully bring the bread pieces together and Enjoy.
Makes one big sandwich..
