Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Flour, white, 3 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 6 tbsp
    Canola Oil, .75 cup

    Topping:
    Almonds, .25 cup, sliced
    Granulated Sugar, .125 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients, add oil, vinegar, vanilla & water, mix well. Pour into greased & floured 9x13 cake pan, sprinkle top with almonds & sugar. Bake for 35-40 min. Makes 20 servings.
