Introduction

Ground turkey and veggie hash with Southwest Chipotle seasonings. Ground turkey and veggie hash with Southwest Chipotle seasonings.

Ingredients

    2 LB Ground Turkey
    1 C Black Beans
    1 C Fresh Sweet Corn
    1 Bell Pepper cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning to taste
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Grilled Chicken seasoning to taste

Directions

Brown ground turkey over medium heat. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cut bell pepper into strips and add to turkey. When turkey is browned add corn. Drain and rinse black beans and add. Add white wine. Continue to toss in the skillet until the flavors are combined and everything is heated through. Approximately 10 minutes. Serve with rice or tortillas or add to salad greens for a great taco salad.

Makes about 6 1-cup servings.
