    1 lb lean ground Beef
    2 cups uncooked, macaroni
    1 can Hunts Spaghetti sauce
    ½ med. green pepper, diced
    ½ med. red pepper, diced
    ½ tsp black Pepper
    1 tsp minced Garlic
    ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
    ½ cup kraft tem-mex shredded cheese
    1 can italian-style tomatoes


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook pasta according to pkg directions; drain

Brown beef with onions, garlic, black pepper and peppers in a large skillet. Once browned add tomatoes, cooked pasta and sauce.

Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • I won't rate because I didn't make this exact recipe- I bought the basic ingredients because of financial constraints. It is a very simple meal to make and toss in the oven, something that even the pickiest of eats will love! - 6/2/09
