Ingredients

1-2 Cans of pre-cooked cut up chicken
1/2 cup of margarine
1 medium, chopped onion- *optional
1 cup of celery soup
1 1/2 pounds of velveeta cheese, grated.. (or you can chop into fairly small pieces)
1 Can of Cream of mushroom soup (regular size)
1 can of Chicken Broth (regular size)
1, 12 oz. pkg. of spaghetti
1 can of ROTEL diced tomatoes
Directions
Chop the chicken up....Fry the onion in margarine....Stir in the chicken with the onion and margarine....Add the soup,broth,salt,diced tomatoes, and cheese....Cook very slowly and partially melt the cheese and get it all warm... but be VERY Careful not to burn it, as it can burn very easily if cooked too fast.... Then set it all aside.
Boil the spaghetti and drain... Mix it with the chicken mixture...Place all of it in a greased 9X13" baking dish... Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.
