Number of Servings: 4


    -1 cup tomato sauce
    -4 whole wheat english muffins, split open to make 8 halves
    -1 tsp dried basil
    -1/2 tsp onion powder
    -1 cup low moisture mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 400. Spread tomato sauce on english muffins halves and top with basil, onion powder and cheese in that order. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is fully melted and lightly brown.

Makes 4 servings.

Note: You may add additional toppings to your liking on top of the cheese but they are not included in the calorie/nutrition count!
