Introduction

Great for a football party!!! Very quick and easy! Great for a football party!!! Very quick and easy!
Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

1 can cheese soup. (Usually cheddar cheese soup)
1 16oz can chunky salsa. (hotness is up to you!)
1 block of cream cheese (low fat for this recipe, you can use fat free if you like!)

Directions

In a shallow glass or pyrex dish (about 8x8, I find the pyrex pie dishes to work best but whatever you have will be fine) take the cream cheese and spread over bottom of the bowl/dish so it is in a thin layer.

Then pour the cheese soup over the cream cheese, DO NOT DILUTE THE SOUP.

Microwave uncovered for 2 minutes or until the cream cheese is no longer stiff and chunky. Mix the soup and cream cheese together until it is well blended.

Add the salsa and mix in thoroughly.

Serve with low calorie baked tortilla chips! (Not included in calorie calculations)

I prefer to refrigerate this until chilled but some people like it warm. It's up to you!! The serving size for the nutritional information is about a 2 tbsp portion.

ENJOY!!!
